Sure, its fun to wear bright colored lipsticks for new looks and sexy date nights but every girl should have the perfect nude lipsticks. Whether it be for when you have heavy eye makeup on and want to tone it down a bit, or if you are just going for that fresh faced innocent look; its good to have a few reliable colors on hand.

I wear nude lips all of the time, so I consider myself knowledgable through many, many trial and errors. 🙂 Here are a few that I love the most and you may want to check out!

1. Revlon Soft Nude 070

I unfortunately just ran out of this color but for years it was my go to. Being Revlon, it was very affordable and had the perfect not to pink color. After many trips to the drugstore searching and searching for this lipstick, I came to realize that it had been discontinued. You can still find this color on some websites such as Amazon but is now much pricier. 😦

2. YSL Nude Beige

This is my most recent nude favorite that I’ve tried, thanks to my lovely sister. You’ll often see this one on pinterest and beauty blogs as one of the best…and they’re right! Its a beautiful, elegant pink/nude color that goes with almost any outfit. It is also very moisturizing and stays well.

3. NARS Belle du Jour

Belle du Jour is a beautiful color by Nars which is probably my favorite lipstick line. It is a semi-matte color which also is moisturizing and stays very long. It is more of a peachy/orange hued nude lipstick and very natural with medium to darker skin tones.
