In the pairing food & wine class I am taking in Florence, we get the opportunity to try several different types of wine mostly from the regions around Italy.

Pomino Bianco comes from the region of Tuscany which is where Florence is located, particularly in the most renowned area known for high-quality wine production. It is a blend of Chardonnay and pomino bianco grapes that is mainly floral with exotic notes. Aromas of apple, peach, and pear along with a refined elegant and balanced taste.

All in all, I highly recommend this wine. I found it to stand out among the other whites we tasted in this category.
